Our artist studio is a very nice 2 room studio flat, which was a former shop and has entry directly from the streets of Neukölln :)
Its inside of a antique Berlin building and charms you with its super high ceilings and wooden floors. Its interior is all kept in the typicall Berlin style, lots of wood and nice fabrics, lots of plants and artwork all around. Have a look and enjoy!

Also the transportation is pretty perfect: You are at Hermannstrasse U+Sbahn station, where you can take the underground and reach Alexanderplatz in 12 minutes, or you can access the ring-S-bahn which connects you to any neighborhood in the city.
Neukölln is today what Kreuzberg was some years ago.... the neighborhood where the artists are moving to, where small, nice and alternative cafes and bars are opening and where the rents are still payable and therefor the life still authentic.
Close to Tempelhof Park, you can enjoy one of Berlins most amazing outdoor - sights just around the corner: the former airport Tempelhof, which was used to provide west-Berlin with supplies..... go stroll around in the neighborhood... its really lovely!
