The generous sitting room invites to relaxe and for getting together over a glass of wine with its spacious sofa corner and armchairs, couch table,sideboard and the TV bank with big flat panel display, DVD player, radio and CD player. The large hall has an eating place for 10 people and a full-furnished open kitchen (fridge, cooker with stove, dishwasher, untercupboards and upper cupboards with all necessary culinary utensils equipped). One bathroom has a toilet, washing place and tube with a showerdivorce, the second bathroom has a shower, a washing place and a toilet.

The further distant places of interest, many popular districts and locations are to be reached very well by the underground (U6, 300 m to the stop Schwartzkopffstrasse), to the trams(400 m to the stops of the lines M6 and M8). Direct bus (120) to the Central station, 150 m to the stop.
The apartment is situated centrally near to the Chausseestraße. Many sights are reachable within walking distance or 1 or 2 stops by underground: Oranienburgerstraße, Friedrichstraße, Hackesche Höfe und Hackescher Markt, Unter den Linden, Museumsinsel, Brandenburger Tor,Regierungsviertel. Really near to the apartment there is the Park am Nordbahnhof, interesting created with remains of the wall, large beachbar, beachvolleyball and other sport activities, and the memorial of the wall.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral. ÖPNV ist in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Gute Verbindung zum Hauptbahnhof und zu Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr gute Aufteilung. Optimal für mehrere Personen. Wir würden die Wohnung beim nächsten Berlinaufenthalt erneut buchen.

Esszimmerstühle, Türgriffe, Duschschlauch etc.
Im Bad fehlen Haken.
Ansonsen würden wir mit einer größeren Gruppe gerne wieder kommen.
Bei 8 Pärchen ist das Durchgangszimmer nicht ganz ideal.
Die Küchengeräte waren neuwertig.
