Spacious and extremely well-situated and well-renovated 5-room apartment (in a 1900s Jugendstil building) on two levels (Maisonette: 4 rooms on the ground floor, one room with a balcony on the upper level), 165m2, large living/kitchen area with a well-appointed modern kitchen, two bathrooms (one with a large shower area, one with a bathtub), entryway with spiral staircase.

The washing machine and dryer in the apartment may not be used by visitors (there are several self-service launderettes in the neighbourhood). Two toilets. Hairdryer, ironing board.. Parquet floors, with an attractive sisal carpet in the living room. All rooms have thick curtains. Towels and bed linen available. Beds will be prepared for the number of persons reserved for. Specially for musicians: spinet available!
Trams M1 and M12 right outside the accommodation! U-Bahn (line U2, Station Eberswalderstrasse) and tram M10 a few minutes’ walk away (300m).
The accommodation is centrally situated, while being in a quiet situation on the rear aspect of the building, surrounded by greenery (access to the large rear courtyard from the front of the building), and with a children’s playground close by. Garden with table-tennis table for the use of all the building’s inhabitants. Situated in a lively district in the centre of the Prenzlauer Berg area: numerous restaurants, large variety of shops, rich cultural scene (5 minutes’ from the Kulturbrauerei). The well-known, lively Helmholtzplatz is close by and a park is just opposite.
