The bright, freshly renovated and newly furnished apartment (40 sqm) with south-west facing balcony is surrounded by greenery and is located in the first floor of a small new housing estate. The traffic situation, the immediate vicinity to the famous shopping mile "Schloßstraße" and the excellent links by bus and train make the apartment for a visit to Berlin ideal!
In the Christmas (19.12.-11.01.), Winter (31.1. - 21.2.), Easter (27.3.-19.4.) Pentecost (15.5.-13.6), summer (26.6.-12.9) and Autumn holidays (2.10.-31.10.) and from 30.4.-2.5. and 25-26.9. the accommodation has to be occupied by at least 3 people.

2. a separate work area with desk and wifi connection.
From the living room a passage leads to the cozy sleeping area with queen-size bed.
The Mediterranean built-in kitchen has an upscale interior. It has a stove / oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and is decorated with Italian terracotta tiles on walls and floors. At the same time in the kitchen is a friendly dining area, in the spring and summer months, the balcony is ideal for breakfast and sun-bathing.
The tiled bathroom with toilet is accessible from hallway. Our guests have a hairdryer in the bathroom as well.
The Internet via wifi is included in your stay (via wifi and laptop it is also possible to watch TV). Upon request we provide a travel bed for our "little guests".
Parking in the street is available sufficiently and free of charge.
