Great location! Only 20 meters from the U Guntzelstrasse! Two stops to Kurfunstendamm, in 3 stops (3-4 min) you are already by Zoologischer Garten! There are many transport lines in different directions there. It takes 20 minutes till Alexander Platz or Unter den Linden, 15 minutes till the Reichstag or Potsdamer PLatz, 3 minutes till Wittenberg Platz. From Guntzelstrasse there are only 2 stops up to the ring. There are different stores in the near: Plus - 200 m, bio-markt - approx. 300 m, small shopping centre in 5 min, patrol station in 300 m., baker's just round the corner. Fitness, swimming pool and sauna in 1 min., thermo-aqua-massage in 3 min.,etc.
Park possibilities are close to the door. You will find also S+U bahn plans, as well as Berlin's city map in the flat. |
