The 2-room-apartment is on the second floor of a typical Berlin fin-de-siècle building which has been completely renovated in 1996. It consists of a living/sleeping room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a hallway. All rooms are furnished with modern furniture and individual photo prints. Kitchen and bathroom have been newly tiled in 2008. In the two rooms and the hallway, you will still find the original wooden floor. The apartment has WLAN connection.
The living/sleeping room is equipped with a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00 m), a sofa, a wardrobe, TV, and hifi.
In the dining room, you will find a dining table for 4 persons and a cupboard. The kitchen contains all necessary cooking equipment as well as coffee and tea.
The bathroom consists of a shower cabin, sink and WC. Towels are included.
In summertime, you may sit on the balcony. There, you may as well smoke (no smoking in the apartment). |

At Alexanderplatz (4 stops by bus or tram), you may change to the subway (U-Bahn) or S-Bahn.
The airport shuttle bus "TXL" stops nearby.
