The apartment is located in a two-family house, situated in the middle of old Berlin town houses from the imperial era, surrounded by green. There is a separate entrance for our guests.
In the Christmas (19.12.-11.01.), Winter (31.1. - 21.2.), Easter (27.3.-19.4.) Pentecost (15.5.-13.6), summer (26.6.-12.9) and Autumn holidays (2.10.-31.10.) and from 30.4.-2.5. and 25-26.9. the accommodation has to be occupied by at least 3 people. |

The spacious apartment (80 sqm) is bright, newly renovated with new carpeting.
The 55 square meters living area is divided into three areas:
the living room/ kitchen with Italian terracotta tiles and the sunny dining area under the roof windows
the living room with a comfortable couch, chairs and two divans which can be used as sleeping accommodation
the relaxed seating area on the electrically heated fireplace, armchairs and two other accommodation.
The separate bedroom (18 sqm) is equipped with a queen bed, a carved wooden crib (60 x 1.60 m) and a tall cabinet. From there you get into the tiled bathroom with toilet and washing machine / dryer. Our guests have a hairdryer in the bathroom as well.
The kitchen contains a refrigerator, a stove with oven, double sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave with pizza and grill, dishes, glasses, cutlery, cooking utensils and a radio. Similarly, spices are available.
When you register you will receive a complete set of bed linen and towels.
The guests can use their own sitting area in the garden and have a barbecue here. We also have covered bicycle parking spaces for long bike tours exploring the city and the nearby woods and lakes.
The Internet via wireless is included in your stay.
Upon request we provide games and toys for our "little guests".
Parking on the street is always available sufficiently and free of charge. |

The accessibility and location is ideal: from the city motorway exit "Wolfensteindamm-Steglitz" it takes about 3 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop (5 min walk) is "Karwendelstraße. The nearest S-Bahn station "Lichterfelde-West" is 2 minutes away by bus. The pool is open from May and in 10 minutes walking distance.
Nearby stores, the Berlin Shopping malls, museums, restaurants and cafes invite you to shop, explore, enjoy, relax and unwind.
Nearby is the botanical garden, which shows 20,000 plants from around the world and its great 16 greenhouses on show topics. The Botanical Garden is popular with visitors and Berliners alike.
From there it is not far by S-Bahn to "Wannsee" lake, where you can go on a boat trip on the Havel in Potsdam and Babelsberg. Right on the Havel is one of the most beautiful nature reserves in Berlin, the Pfaueninsel with its centuries-old trees and numerous species of birds, which you can pass on a steamship.
But also the Brandenburg Gate, Unter den Linden, Alexanderplatz (City East) and the Kurfurstendamm, the Berlin Zoo and the Memorial Church (City-West) can be reached by public transport easily in 20-30 minutes. |
