(The Kulturbrauerei is a huge complex with many cultural and gastronomical opportunities in an old industrial brewery, there is even a supermarket open til midnight every day – www.kulturbrauerei-berlin.de) The flat has 60 m2, is just refurbished and in the 5th floor: very bright and calm. Next underground station is Eberswalder Strasse, there are also many different tramways and nightbusses, so you reach the different parts of the center very easily and quickly (10 min.). I will explain you how to reach the apartment from the airport.
Parking is not free of charge. There are two ways to park: First, I'll get a so-called guest-vignette. This would be € 10.20 for 3 days, 1 week € 13.00, 2 weeks € 15.00, € 20.00 three weeks, four weeks cost € 25.00. For this I would need a copy of your registration certificate. Second, you bring your luggage in the apartment and then park your car outside the parking zone (http://www.berlin.de/imperia/md/images/bapankow/pip/karte_parkraumbewirtschaftung_zone_41_43.jpg). I would recommend for example Bernauer Strasse and the streets north of this: http://maps.google.com "Bernauer Strasse, Mitte 10115 Berlin, Germany" and "Sredzkistrasse, Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin, Germany". It’s ten minutes to walk from there. |
