| The quiet 2-room apartment (37 sq m) with garden, in the middle of the city-district Prenzlauer Berg, is a perfect basis for your Berlin visit. Located in the renovated garden house of a marvellous Wilhelminian age building, the apartment was completely rehabilitated in 1997 and again renovated and arranged as a vacation apartment in summer of 2007. Bathroom and bedroom face the courtyard, while the living room has access to the garden and the furnished terrace. |

Inside a small hallway with kitchenette and 3 doors to bathroom, bedroom and living room. Wardrobe and baggage-deposition in the hallway. Living room with door to the garden-terrace with chairs and table. An extendable sofa (160 x 200 double bed), shelves with radio, CD, TV, DVD; extendable table with 4 chairs, a closet, a basket chair and an antique davenport, your desk for writing postcards from the capital, or for the work with the laptop. A separate bedroom, new 160 x 200 double bed (Oct. 2008) bedside tables and –lamps, and a closet. Kitchenette in the hallway with 2 plates, sink, refrigerator and floor cupboard; equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, pots and pans, and a complete dinnerware for 6 people including the suitable wine, beer and water glasses. And of course the dish towels, as afterwards you have to the dish washing yourself - in case you won’t prefer one of the numerous fine bistros and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk around your accommodation….
Linen and towels are included; the only thing you have to bring anlong is your own toothbrush – and a well-trained condition in going clubbing, as you will reside in Berlin’s liveliest quarter. |

There are small shops for your daily needs, young boutiques, off-theatres and nearly a hundred of bars and restaurants within a 5 minutes promenade around your accommodation. You have only a hundred yards to the underground, from there just 2 stations to the famous Brecht-theatre “Volksbühne” and 3 stations to former East-Berlins central place “Alex”. Only 300 yards to the “Cultural Brewery”, one of the most beloved cultural centres in Berlin with cinemas, restaurants and theatres; and all around your apartment little parks and squares where you can play Boccia or have your cappuccino in the shadow of the sycamore-trees. Within 5 to 10 minutes by the underground you reach Berlin’s Museum Island, the boulevard Unter den Linden and the exiting metropolitan architecture of the Potsdamer Platz or the new government district. At Pappelallee 82 you’ll glean the oscillating metropolitan atmosphere of the City if Berlin residing relaxed in a quiet surrounding between 2 patios, without traffic- or disco-noise, and enjoy breakfast on the garden terrace.
