The flat is just two minutes by walking form the Underground station “Wittenbergplatz” (right next to the famous and elegant Shopping mall “KaDeWe”, the famous church “Gedaechtniskirche”, and also the famous Zoo with his world famous Aquarium.
Also the well known ”Nollendorf-Winterfeldplatz” with all its colourful Bars and market places is right next to the flat.
Considered a Top location for the visitor or business man, this luxurious one bedroom apartment (40 sqm) is located in the diplomatic and embassy quarter in the centre of Berlin. To guarantee a certain level of comfort, we only offer the flat for a maximum of three guests.

The tasteful decorated living/bedroom has a king size bed (1.80x2.00) which can be separated in to two single beds (each 90x2.00).
Further more there is LCD-TV, Cable TV and CD Radio.

The guest faces into a big luminous an quiet inside patio.
Towels and linen are provided free of charge.
The kitchen is completely remodelled and well equipped:
Washer/dryer, microwave, toaster, cattle, etc.
The Bathroom was completely remodelled in 2008, using only very fine materials.
There is also a hairdryer for the guests.
At a surcharge of 10 € per day there is a private car garage available.

The bus stop of the most important bus line 200, is directly in front of the apartment building.
The 200 bus line is also called the sightseeing line, because it stops at every important spot of Berlin, for example:
“Tiergarten”, “Philarmonie”, “Unter den Linden”, “Brandenburger Tor”, “Checkpoint Charlie”, “Friedrichstraße”, “Potsdammer Platz”, opera houses und theaters, “Alexanderplatz” and the world famous museums (Pergamon und Bodemuseum).
The International Airport Tegel is just a 20 minute drive by Taxi.
