The apartment offers a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, a hair dryer is available. The sleeping room is furnished with wardrobe and a full size (160 x 200cm) double bed (Latex / cold foam mattress). The living room has a table and 2 chairs (additional stool and lawn chair are available), a daybed (140 x 200 cm), and a table/rack for TV and stereo (USB plug available, don’t forget your stick with your MP3 favorites). The kitchenette is fully equipped, too (hopefully everything you ever may need).
You can use my washer (in case you need one). The washer is outside of the apartment.
Bicycles are available to explore the city in the most convenient way (2 bikes per flat, no additional charge). |

S-Bahn station "Bellevue" is only 7 min. to go if you want to use public transport, from there you have fast connections to Berlin Central Station, Friedrichstrasse, or Alexanderplatz.
Walking to Central station takes you app. 15 min.

The apartment is located in the centre of Berlin at the edge of lovely Tiergarten (which is Berlin’s "Central Park"). You live in a calm small street (traffic reduced) in the backside of the building.
Berlin’s Central station is in walking distance as well as the river Spree (3 – 4 min to go), and the Tiergarten. Several places of interest are in walking or biking distance (e.g. "Siegessäule" which is Berlin’s victory column, chancellery, Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Potsdamer Platz, Zoo (West Berlin’s center), Bellevue castle is just in front of the door.
You may want to stroll along the Spree banks, walk or jog through Tiergarten, or just relax in one of the popular beer gardens. |
