Our four apartments each have a size of 40-50 m² and are for 1-5 people.
Each apartment includes two rooms, used for living and sleeping, an integrated kitchenette and a bathroom.
In addition, two guest toilets and shower are located separately in the stairwell.
The landscaped courtyard with parking spaces will be closed in the evening. Free internet and bringing of pets on request |

Take bus X9 towards Zoologischer Garden. Change at subway station Jakob-Kaiser-Platz to the U7 subway towards Rudow. Get off at S + U Neukoelln. Walk ca. 8 minutes on Karl-Marx-Strasse to the center. Turn left onto Thomasstrasse (4th street to the left).
To and from Zoologischer Garten
Take subway U9 in the direction S + U Rathaus Steglitz. At subway station Berliner Strasse change to U7 subway towards Rudow. Get off at S + U Neukoelln. Walk ca. 8 minutes on Karl-Marx-Strasse to the center. Turn left onto Thomasstrasse (4th street to the left).
To and from Ostbahnhof
Take S3 in the direction S + U Zoologischer Garten. At U + U8 Jannowitzbrücke change to subway U8 in the direction S + U Hermann Road. Get off at subway Leinestrasse, walk 100 m, then turn left onto Thomas Road (approximately 6 min).
To and from Ostkreuz
Take S41 in the direction Westend. Get off at S + U Neukoelln. Walk ca. 8 minutes on Karl-Marx-Strasse to the center. Turn left onto Thomasstrasse (4th street to the left). |
