The window from the sleeping room faces the green park in front of the house. You have a 1.6m x 2.0m bed, a board for the clothes, a radio clock and a colour-TV showing you the films/news from above the board. Guests said that it is really quiet for sleeping there.
In the living room you can convert the couch to a 1.5m x 1.95m bed. The room is fully equipped with TV, radio, DVD, a 2. board.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need for self-catering. You find a dishwasher, a washing-machine, a toaster, a coffee-machine, a microwave and an integrated fridge with freezer compartment. Enough plates, cups, knifes, forks, spoons….. to fill the dishwasher.
In the bathroom you can take a shower/bath. Enough spare room for your personal thinks around.
We are very proud of this flat, because it is really good. We changed a lot in this apartment to make it comfortable for YOU.
You will book a non-smoking apartment. |

The area around is an excellent living-area. Berlins suburb “Steglitz” offers you a lot of shopping possibilities. You live close to the botanical garden. The “Schlossstreet”, one of the best shopping-miles in Berlin, lay just in front of you door. Cinemas, restaurants, theatre and a market-place (3 times a week) is around your holiday-apartment.
Last but not least, the public traffic is excellent. A lot of busses, trains and close to the flat you go by car with the highway to every target in Berlin and the Brandenburg-Area around. |

Notes on the price
- A deposit of 100,-Euro for two pairs of keys and surrender for goods for the period of renting the apartment is payable at the same time with the rentpaying. The payback will take place the day you leave the apartment if we get it back in a correct condition and free of failure.
