The window of the sleeping room faces the front of the house and with its special windows you hear nothing from outside. You have a 1.6m x 2.0m bed, a 3,5m board for the clothes, a radio clock, and a colour-TV on top of the board showing you the films/news. Guests said that it is really quiet for sleeping there. Please have a look at the guestbook of our homepage.
In the living room you can convert the couch to a 1,4m x 2,0m bed. The room is fully equipped with TV, radio, DVD, a second board.
In the kitchen you will find everything you will need for self-catering. You find a 4-flame-stove with oven, a dishwasher, a washing-machine with dryer, a toaster, a coffee-machine, a microwave, water-heater, a fridge a deep-fridge big enough for at least 40 Pizzas :o). Enough plates, cups, knifes, forks, spoons….. to fill the dishwasher.
In the bathroom you can take a shower/bath. Enough spare room for your personnel things around in the very nice mirror-boards.
We are very proud of this flat, because it is really good. We changed a lot in this apartment to make it comfortable for YOU.
You will book a non-smoking apartment, so you are only allowed to smoke on the balcony. |

The north of Berlin is known for its high recreational value. Very much forest -and water surfaces are in next environment. Boat landing places (Alt-Tegel) lie only a few driving minutes far away. The city center can be attained by the very good traffic route also within a few minutes. Bus, underground and even rapid-transit railway are in direct proximity and parking lots under normal conditions in front of the door.
Surrounding field: In less than one minute a supermarket can be reached. A bakery, several hairdressers, pharmacy, cleaning and taylor, newspaper shop, laundry and solarium are likewise in the proximity. Three subway stations away is a very big shopping center (Borsigturm) with markets, cinemas, bowling and various restaurants.
